The Art of Conscious Sleep
Rooted in Indian traditions, yoga nidra (निद्रा) translates to "yogic sleep." It is a guided meditation, practiced comfortably lying down in complete physical stillness. Guided by the sound of my voice, your body drifts into a state of deep, effortless rest, while your mind remains aware. In this sacred space between being awake and asleep, you enter a state of healing and inner stillness. This deep rest allows your nervous system to surrender into balance.
